Malaysia: Hardstop on Manual Booking and Payment Update Request
In line with our promotion of Maersk website utilization, effective 23 January 2023, we will no longer accommodate below request via email:

- Booking amendment
- Booking cancellation
- Payment update / payment proof submission
If you are making your payment from online banking, getting the payment updated in our system are now easier by simply adding in the invoice or B/L number during the payment process. More details here:
