At Maersk, our priority is to facilitate and improve the processes that impact our customers logistics chain.

In order to improve the process of managing the approval of exports with Custom Authorities and at the same time, give you visibility on export status of your shipment, we have integrated into the web platform, www.maersk.com, a mandatory field to place the number of Declaración Unica Aduanera (DUA) per container.

This implementation will allow us to obtain information in a accurate way, be able to create automated reports and have best control of the export process.

We inform you that, as of August 1, you must place the Declaration number on the web platform, instead of sending us the custom documentation by mail.

Note: This is marked with 22 Alphanumerical characters with format 10150-EC01-2107-000576 (22 character includes hyphen).
