Due to the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East and the escalating military conflict in the region, most of our services have been significantly disrupted. We are currently operating under multiple constraints and contingencies, with our network operations significantly impacted. At this stage, it remains uncertain how long these conditions will persist. Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our people, safeguard our customers’ cargo, and maintain service stability across the network.
In light of these operational challenges and the associated increase in costs, we will implement ECS from below Origins to Khor Fakkan, UAE and Sohar, Oman To Khor Fakkan (UAE)
- New ECS levels will apply to cargo originating from below Origins to Oman Khor Fakkan ,Sohar, effective Price Calculation Date (PCD) 17 March for Non-FMC trades.
- For FMC-regulated countries (United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Taiwan, and Colombia), a 30-day notice period will apply with implementation date of 17th April. For Vietnam, a 15-day notice period will apply with implementation date of 2nd April
- The updated ECS levels are reflected in the table below, and the Rate Announcements page has been updated accordingly.
- All surcharge changes remain subject to any applicable regulatory approvals and notice periods, after which the surcharge will become effective. Applicable surcharges will be reflected in your latest invoices, and we will continue to keep you informed of any further updates.

Our teams will continue to evaluate the impact of the situation and hope to withdraw surcharges as soon as operationally feasible, however please note that they may also increase or extended to additional trades depending on the circumstances.
