We are currently experiencing a high volume of shipping instructions and would like to strongly encourage all customers to use e-channels for shipping instruction submission and bill amendments, which takes significantly less time to process than those submitted via manual channels. Note E-channel options include: Maersk website, INTTRA or EDI.
Shipping instructions or bill amendments submitted via email to northamericasi@maersk.com, us.export@maersk.com, or ca.export@maersk.com will be processed with the applicable manual documentation fee. However, please note it will take more than 12 hours due to manual processing, which may lead to cargo not being eligible to load the intended vessel.
