The main benefit of chanelling your request via website is that you don’t need to wait for longer hours due to difference on the turn time in using these two different channels;
- Booking Amendment via email: **4 hours turn time (**subject to change depending on the influx of emails received)
- Booking Amendment via website: 1 working hour
