Revised Customs Clearance Service Charge in Ras Al Khaimah Port

As part of our goal to ensure efficiency in your supply chain, we are continually keeping an eye on developing situations. We would therefore like to inform you that we will be revising the custom clearance service charges related to movements through the port of Ras Al Khaimah.

After careful consideration, we have found that our rates no longer reflect the current costs of services. Keeping your supply chain moving is of paramount importance to us and we will be using the surcharge as a mechanism to pass through additional costs presented by our vendors and ultimately ensure a continued quality service to our customers.

While our service charges between 8am – 5pm continue to remain the same, effective 1st of May 2022, we will be revising our rates to handle custom clearance services performed outside of our normal office hours. Please see below the respective charges:
