Before submitting your delivery order on Maersk.com
As we look to ensuring smooth cargo release with Maersk, we will be implementing additional checks from 8th November 2021 onwards, before your clearing agent or consignee would be able to submit the delivery order on Maersk.com.
Kindly thus ensure ALL of the following are fulfilled before delivery order is submitted online:
- Delivery order can only be submitted earliest, 10 days before ETA for shipments arriving in Singapore
- Shipment charges pending on prepaid terms, pending at origin, will need to be paid fully
- Bill of lading would need to be surrendered or returned to Maersk office (for telex release)
