We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing issue in the New Journey of Shipping Instruction.

We really understand this will affect your documentation process due to longer time to proceed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and currently doing the utmost to provide the best service and bring back the New Journey of Shipping Instruction to be normal again. Espected system fixation will be on Saturday, 23 October 2021.

Don’t worry! You will still be able to submit your Shipping Instruction online via Maersk website through Old Journey.
