North Europe to Far East AE7 service

In light of ongoing schedule reliability considerations, Maersk is implementing specific measures to improve schedule reliability on its AE7 service on the North Europe to Far East network. As a result of high yard density and exceptional waiting time for our vessels in the port of Hamburg, the import call can only be confirmed on basis of berth availability in Hamburg with alternate contingency to discharge import units in Bremerhaven-NTB. The schedules will be updated with the confirmed import call 1 week prior to arrival in Germany.

The affected Hamburg export volumes will be served via Bremerhaven and load onto the corresponding vessel/voyage.

We aim to minimize the impact to our customers and will communicate any further changes separately in due course.
