Service adjustments Asia to/from North America

In view of severe berth congestion at US West Coast Ports, which has resulted in accumulated delays and caused gaps in Asia departures by more than a week, it is necessary to implement immediate network change to be able to alleviate the schedule delay and capacity lost. Maersk therefore has decided to omit Oakland call on bi-weekly basis in the rotation of TP8, starting from week 28 in Asia until further notice.

We will be ensuring Oakland destined cargo to be consolidated on the sailings covering Oakland, to minimize the impact to our customers in light of the current environment. Details will be communicated by our local team separately.
