Please note that as per Greece customs new regulations for our export manifest, we will need the shipping instructions to be submitted on a timely manner before the departure of the vessel.
For this reason, in order to smoothly include shipment in the loadlist, the shipping instructions will have to be submitted together with the VGM information, according to the deadlines we already share with you. In case either shipping instructions or VGM information is not submitted on time, shipment will automatically be rescheduled to next available sailing.
We will be requesting shipping instructions to be submitted for all departures as of week 50 in order for your side to familiarise with procedure & as of week 51 shipping instructions will be mandatory in order for your shipment to be safely loaded.
