We would like to inform you that Maersk is introducing the Manual Documentation Processing Fee for all export shipments with price calculation date from 1st of November, 2020, onwards.
This fee is applicable only for shipping instructions and shipping instructions amendments requests submitted via email or other channels such as phone or fax that require manual processing.
Such requests submitted via our online platform, our Maersk website and other digital channels, such as EDI or API, will not be subject to this fee.
