Here at Maersk, we are continuously striving to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers.
Effective 1 September 2020, Pacific Roadlink Logistics International will be implementing additional online processes to reduce manual transactions, passing of physical documents and face to face transactions between drivers, truck helpers and their yard team.
- Online Preadvise: This will be applied to empty withdrawal and empty return.
- Online EIR: EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) will no longer be physically issued in the depots. Instead, you can access your EIR’s online at here.
- Online Payment only: Payments should be made online for all depot transactions. We accept credit card, PayMaya, GCash and bank deposit. A Hazard Fee of Php 500.00 will be collected for cash transactions.
- Contact tracing pre registration: All drivers and helpers are required to pre register their health declaration online at here to transacting in the depots. Truck crew will no longer be allowed to leave their trucks. A Hazard Fee of Php 1,000 will be collected for on site registration.
Effective 1 September 1, 2020 and applicable to PRLI Manila Onestop CY / PRLI Malvar CY / PRLI Cavite Gateway CY / PRLI Guiguinto Bulacan CY.
