This is to inform you that we have preponed the Loadlist and Shipping instructions cutoff for all shipments from Jebel Ali to Umm Qasr by a day.
This is done to give you time to make amendments in the Bill of Lading, post drafts being posted and prior destination customs manifest filing. Once manifest filed all amendments need to be initiated by consignee.
Also request you to submit the S/I with complete details and minimise amendments. If case of any amendment, please arrange to have the amendment done on the same day.
Import manifest submission cutoff is ETA Iraq minus 7 days. To accommodate this our loadlist and S/I cutoff will be ETA Jebel Ali minus 5 days.
