Our website is able to process all your documentation needs such as submitting your shipping instructions, request verify copy amendment, request vessel certificates and submit the Verified Gross Mass (VGM).

MAERSK is experiencing a temperately technical issues with the Documentation email address (pnqgscidx@maersk.com ) where all requests were received via email by our customers. Meanwhile, in order to attend your manual documentation requests timely, please send your requests to tr.export@maersk.com.
