Stoppage of EDO Release Request Service Via my.import@maersk.com (Email)

While we constantly innovate to bring you a seamless experience at Maersk, we would like to invite you to use our new online Self-Service Delivery Order feature on Maersk website. With this new feature, your EDO release requests will now be processed quicker.

With this new initiative launched, we would like to notify you that we will no longer accept EDO release requests via my.import@maersk.com by 11th May 2020. Exception will be made if users are having technical issues with the SSDO system.
