COVID-19 Update: Queensland Port Entry Impact
We would like to offer you our latest update on the outbreak of COVID-19 and any impact to Maersk’s operations in Australia.
In reference to the advisory sent 19 March 2020, whereby Queensland (Brisbane port) extended the 14 day isolation period to apply to vessels which has left any country outside Australia, this has now been withdrawn and will only apply to vessels which have left Mainland China and South Korea.
Maersk has already adjusted the Dragon and J-Star services to comply with the existing border controls for both Queensland and New South Wales. The remainder of our network schedule – Komodo, Cobra, Southern Star – remain unchanged.
We appreciate your cooperation and support and we thank you for trusting Maersk to care for your business during these exceptional circumstances.
Should you have any questions or concerns about your shipments, please give us a call on 1800 555 593 or alternatively try our Chat channel accessible via Maersk website or send us an e-mail directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
