General Status
We would like to offer you our latest update on the outbreak and any impact to Maersk operations in Ghana.
Due to increase of confirmed cases in Ghana and in line with the directives from National Authorities, we have reviewed our safety measures.
At present, our offices are open, but we are prioritizing online transactions and limiting visits to our premises. Effective from Monday 23rd March 2020, and until further notice, visits to our offices will be strictly on appointment.
Our Counters will still be open only for Payment, DO Release and OBL pickup; however due to restriction on gathering as instructed by Authorities, we will limit access to only fifteen (15) customers at a time.
In case you are visiting our offices, please kindly ensure to comply with all the measures we have put in place to ensure your safety as well as those of our employees.
We encourage all our customers to continue making use of our effective online solutions available on Maersk where most transactions can be served.
Since the situation is dynamic depending on local regulations and government guidelines, Maersk Ghana leadership as well as all other areas where cases of COVID-19 have been identified, are closely monitoring as part of our strong commitment to ensure the safety of our employees whilst working together with our stakeholders towards mitigating any possible impact to our customers’ operations.
