Effective March 15th, a seal will be required for all full container loads imported into Singapore and seal information will be required on corresponding shipping instructions.
Shipments arriving without seal information or a seal attached to the container will not be released from the port terminal, and will be subject to storage and related costs.
To help avoid such delays upon arrival in Singapore, shipping instructions received without a seal number for each container will not be processed. These shipping instructions will be rejected, requesting the customer to resend the shipping instructions with complete information.
For the safety of your cargo, please ensure a bullet seal is affixed to the container.
