As you know, for several weeks now, social movements have been repeated throughout our territory. The various work stoppages of terminal and tug staff have had and continue to have a significant impact on ship rotations and operations and have led us to make operational decisions in order to limit the impact of these events on our activities.

Despite this context, Maersk France has decided to resume accepting new dangerous cargo bookings.

This decision implies that Maersk cannot be held responsible for any additional costs occasioned by strike movements which are beyond our control, therefore demurrages, detentions, pluging fees and terminal storage will be at the expense of the goods and cannot be disputed later.

New booking will be confirmed upon equipment availability.
