  • Issuance of Certificate of Origin (COO) - You may be required to declare that your cargo is produced in a specific country, to determine whether it's eligible for entry or entitled for any preferential treatment.
  • Legalization - On behalf of the exporter, we can arrange for legalization of commercial invoice from chamber of commerce.

  • Commercial invoice(with HS codes, cargo description , currency)
  • Packing List (with cargo details i.e. weight, volume)
  • Carrier booking
  • Export declaration

Imports

  • Authorisation letter (signed and stamp)
  • VAT and CR copy, Authorised Signatory CPR and Smart Card
  • Original commercial invoice with HS codes, cargo description , currency and Terms of Delivery.
  • Original packing list
  • Certificate of Origin issued by chamber of commerce
  • Preferential Trade Certificate of Origin – if applicable

  • Chemical Analysis Certificate – if applicable based on commodity
  • Environment / Ministry approvals – if applicable
