EC3 charge code rename as Green Fuels B50

Effective from 1st July 2024, Maersk will rename the follow surcharge:

Current Name : Green Fuel Mix
New Name : Green Fuels B50
Effective Date : 1st July 2024

There is no change in the tariff amount for this service in this renaming exercise.
