At Maersk, we are continuously reviewing our processes to ensure they align with your evolving requirements, to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

We would like to inform you of significant enhancements to our Delivery Order Process. Effective March 7th, the customer copy of the delivery order will no longer bear the watermark ‘customer copy’. The new delivery order will have ‘original’ as the watermark.

We remain committed to putting you, our valued customers needs at the forefront and our customer service team are available to support you address any questions you may have.
