Following up our One Stop Import Solution – MDDC initiatives, we want to share with you again that you can utilize the website to get any information to support your import shipment with Maersk.
You can access MDDC using this link and you do not need to sign in to access all the information.
Some features that we provided in MDDC are as below
- Payment and DO Status (all main ports) to check status of payment confirmation and whether DO has been released to port
- Container Guarantee Letter – CGL (Jakarta Only) to check whether your company has been registered
- Request EDO for Customs Purpose (Jakarta Only) to request EDO for OB, Quarantine and Red Lane containers
