As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we would like to remind you of the mailing address change for US Original Bills of Lading announced in June 2023.
Original information shared in June of 2023:
To improve our service and expedite the ocean freight release of your shipments, customers based in the United States are required to send all Original Ocean Bill of Lading, including those needing to be reissued or electronically released, to the address noted below.

Once received at Norton Lilly, kindly allow one full business day for processing. For requests to confirm the OBL receipt or expedite release, please email Us.CustomerExperience@Maersk.com.
Additionally, we would like to inform you of an upcoming process change.
Starting September 2nd, 2024, any Original Ocean Bill of Lading(s) delivered to Maersk offices in the United States will be forwarded by mail courier to Norton Lilly for formal processing. Please note that the cost of the mail courier will be added to the bill of lading, along with an Additional Service Import Surcharge or Additional Service Export Surcharge of $125 USD.
To avoid any delays and additional costs, we kindly ask you to direct all Original Ocean Bills of Lading to the address provided on Maersk.com and your Arrival Notice.
