Introduction Duty phone for the Netherlands

Because we know your operation will not always stop when our office is closed we have introduced a duty phone for all business which is handled via our Dutch office. We want to be available for your urgent operational issues outside the office hours if needed.

During office hours you can reach us on our regular number +31107127000 (from 8am till 5:45pm). Outside office hours the duty phone number is available for urgent operational issues at the following times:

• Weekdays from 5:45pm till 10pm
• Saturday and Sunday from 9am till 12pm

If you have operational issues which can not wait till next workingday please feel free to call us.
We define urgent as follows, issues:

• causing a container can not be delivered/ picked up
• causing a disruption in the haulage
• which could potentially cause damage to the product
• causing additional costs if no help will provided
