How to release cargo to your consignee online?
It now only takes a few click to arrange release of the cargo to your consignee if your company has signed agreement to print the Original Bill of Lading online.
- Perform a tracking of the Bill of Lading you want to release to the consignee – when on the Shipment Binder click on B/L Release.
- Select the Electronic Cargo Release option. Your company need to have signed the agreement to print Original Bill of Lading online. Release can only be made to the named consignee.
- Copy of your request will be send to your email address and you can also send a copy to the Consignee by input of a email and your consignee will be able to take delivery. There is no need to return a hard copy of the Original Bill of Lading to us.
