Maersk Flow is entirely carrier-neutral, and we maintain a clear distinction between the nature of information shared between teams.
in case of exceptions or disruptions to your supply chain, your Maersk Flow customer service team will have access to your information on the platform in order to assist you.
If you are a Maersk ocean customer, the ocean customer experience or Sales team will not have access to any information you share on Maersk Flow unless you explicitly give permission.
