We are pleased to share important updates about our banking arrangements for our Ocean shipments in Sweden.
As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our banking operations and improve customer experience, we are introducing a new USD bank account with Citibank. This change is intended to support more efficient payment processing and minimise potential delays in the delivery of services.
We’ve activated a new bank account with our esteemed banking partner, Citibank with the following details:
| BIC / Swift Code | CITIGB2L |
|---|---|
| IBAN | GB47 CITI 1850 0846 919820 |
Please note:
- The new bank details will appear on all invoices issued from 24 August 2026 onward.
- Please update your records accordingly and use the new bank account details for all payments from 24 August 2026. To support this update, we have attached the bank certificate, which can be used to update your vendor/master data in your ERP system.
- Please share this notification with the relevant Accounts Payable and Vendor Master Data teams within your organization to ensure the banking details are updated before your next payment cycle.
- We strongly encourage you to direct all future USD payments to the new Citi USD bank account from 24 August 2026 to ensure timely and accurate processing of your payments.
- The previous USD bank account for the same legal entity will remain available during the transition period and is planned to be closed by November 2026. To avoid any disruption, we kindly request that payments be made to the new Citi USD bank account as soon as possible.
- We would appreciate receiving confirmation once your records have been updated.
