Introduction of Email Notifications for Charge Application

We would like to inform you that you will start receiving email notifications effective 7 July 2026 detailing the pay term and payer applied for charges applied for your exports/Import shipments subjected Payer details verification for Tpdoc number xxx.

We kindly request your prompt response to these notifications if any changes needed, to help us issue accurate invoices without delay before the deadline for Invoice.

To further support you, we continue to provide pay term and payer information at the charge level on our draft copy.

Additionally, please treat this advisory as a reminder of the Payer Amendment Fee, which has been in effect since 2019.
