As part of A.P. Moller – Maersk’s continuous efforts to provide reliable and efficient services, we would like to inform you about a temporary adjustment to the rotation of our SLB service.
Due to recent operational disruptions experienced at Ashdod Terminal, we will temporarily adjust the SLB port rotation by replacing the Ashdod call with Haifa. This change is being implemented to safeguard schedule reliability and minimize disruption to your supply chain.
To support this setup and associated inland repositioning requirements, please note that a positioning fee of USD 750 per container will be applied to all equipment types destined to Ashdod and routed via Haifa gated in on or after the 7th of May,2026 for all origins subject to regulatory approvals where applicable.
Key details:
- Port change: Ashdod temporarily replaced by Haifa
- Service: SLB
- Validity: Subject to change depending on the operational situation in Ashdod
- Duration: Approximately 6 Weeks
- Expected first vessel: VAYENGA MAERSK – 617S/619N (ETA Israel 07-May)
We continuously monitor the operational situation and will revert to the original rotation or make further adjustments as soon as conditions allow. Any updates will be communicated in a timely manner.
Our teams remain fully committed to supporting your logistics needs. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your local Customer Experience or Sales Representative.
