Amendment of Drop Off Charges Imports (DRP) and Pick Up Charges Exports (PIC) for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Bahrain

In order to keep providing you with our global services, Maersk is implementing Pick-Up Charge Export (PIC) and Drop Off Charge Import (DRP) for the scope of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Bahrain to / from World with effective from price calculation date 1st January 2026 for all Non-Preferred pick-up or drop-off locations.

Pick-Up Charge Exports (PIC) applied when the customer picks up the empty container at a different location from the one stated on B/L as place of Receipt.

Drop Off Charge Imports (DRP) applied when the customer drops off the empty container at a different location from the one stated on B/L as Place of Delivery.

• The above rates are also subject to other applicable surcharges, including local charges and contingency charges.
• These rates are unaffected by, and do not affect, any tariff notified, published or filed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• For trades subject to the US Shipping Act or the China Maritime Regulations, quotations or surcharges that vary from the Maersk Line tariff shall not be binding on Maersk Line unless included in a service contract or service contract amendment that has been filed with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) or the Shanghai Shipping Exchange, as applicable.
