Law 105/2025

We would like to inform you of the recent enactment of Law 105/2025, which introduces new regulatory requirements regarding waiting times for industrial vehicles during loading and unloading operations.

Key Regulatory Updates:

• Maximum Free Waiting Time: 90 minutes per operation.
• Compensation: €100 per hour (or fraction thereof) beyond the free waiting time. If the waiting time exceeds the allowed limit, the carrier is entitled to receive €100.00 for each hour or part thereof. This compensation is revised annually based on the ISTAT FOI index.
• Proof of Arrival: May be verified via geolocation systems or smart tachographs.
