Cancellation Fee (CLL) – Origin – Cambodia to World

In order to keep providing you with our global services, Maersk is implementing the Cancellation Fee – Origin (CLL) from Cambodia to World.

Effective Dates

• For Non-Regulated Countries: 18-Aug-25 (Departure Date)
• For Regulated Countries*: 04-Sep-25 (Departure Date)

*Regulated Countries include Taiwan, United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands (US), Colombia.

Tariff and Application

• Tariff: USD 25 per All 20 containers; USD 50 per All 40 containers; USD 50 per All 45 containers or USD 25 per TEU**.
• Cancellation Fee is applicable in cases of (1) Cancel booking, (2) Delay booking, (3) Reduce number of container(s) in a booking, (4) Reduce volume in a booking (i.e. change from a 40’ to 20’ container) upon customer’s request.
• Cancellation Fee is applicable to all Non-SPOT, Non-FLEX, non-BSA, and Non-Maersk GO bookings.
• Timeline of application is within the 7 days prior to the vessel’s Estimated time of Departure at all Cambodia load ports.

**One 20’ container is equivalent to 1 TEU; One 40’/45’ container is equivalent to 2 TEUs
