New surcharge for requesting CMRs in Poland

We would like to inform you that starting from 1-st of July 2025, copies of CMR documents will be issued with a 25 EUR fee per document.

CMRs are being signed at the warehouse/unloading location, meaning it is already available at the customer’s side. We understand that customers may want to obtain a copy for their records, and since this requires additional manual work from our teams, we will be implementing the 25 EUR/document charge as of 1-st of July all inland shipments in Poland.

Our overall goal remains providing our customers with predictability and minimal disruption to their supply chains, and this new charge aims to improve efficiency of the overall operations.
