Update 3 - 19 March - Update on Technical Upgrade and Cyber Patching

We would like to inform you about an upcoming technical upgrade and cyber patching of our financial systems.

Please note that our systems will be unavailable from 17:00 CET on Friday, 21 March 2025 until 17:00 CET on Sunday, 23 March 2025 due to a scheduled technical upgrade and cyber patching. During this time, there may be delays in processing invoices and payments.

We recommend reviewing your outstanding invoices and allowing extra time for financial transactions during the upgrade.

Please note that due to the scheduled upgrade, our systems will be unavailable from 18:00 CET on Friday, 14 March 2025, until 22:00 CET on Saturday, 15 March 2025. During this period, you may experience temporary disruptions in our financial processes, such as delays in processing invoices and payments.

To prepare, we recommend reviewing your outstanding invoices and payments to ensure they are up to date. It may also be beneficial to allocate extra time for any financial transactions during the transition.
