NOTICE: INCREASED FREE IMPORT STORAGE DAYS EXTENSION UNTIL 31ST MARCH 2O25

Following the advisory 13-August Customer Advisory - NOTICE: INCREASED FREE IMPORT STORAGE DAYS, FROM 12 AUGUST 2024 UNTIL 31 OCTOBER 2024 TRANSNET has issued a revised notice confirming the extension of the dispensation until 31st March 2025 (DCT Pier 2: INCREASED FREE IMPORT STORAGE DAYS – EXTENSION)

For vessels arriving at DCT Pier 2 only, the number of free imports days based on following discharge volume rules will continue to be applied:

• For vessels with a discharge volume less than 1 000 units, a 3.25 free days rule is applicable.
• For vessels with a discharge volume between 1 000 and 2 000 units, a 4.25 free imports storage rule is applicable.
• For vessels with a discharge volume with more than 2 000 units, a 5.25 free imports storage days rule is applicable.

We remind our customers: -
Overstay deadlines remain unchanged.
Detention rules remain unchanged.
Detention Free Time extension may now be purchased up to ETA +1 day.
