We would like to inform you that, in line with your expectation of a speedy and consistent invoicing experience, we are very pleased to deliver an Instant Invoice solution in our invoicing system (SAP S/4HANA) for Taiwan effective 20 April 2024.
With the instant invoice solution, you will be receiving the invoice instantly, customer experience would be enhanced by receiving the invoice instantly when all pre-conditions are met and with rate of exchange (ROE) aligning with invoicing date that gives a consistent experience. The rate of exchange (ROE) for freight invoices will align with the first invoice creation date, which will be utilised for subsequent, rebilled, or disputed invoices, providing a more consistent experience.
