To make it easier for you to manage the situation remotely, we have the below recommendations:

  • Our Self-Service functionalities available via www.maersk.com which are to be primarily adopted:
  • Delivery Order request via www.maersk.com for Import Cargo Release (Delivery Order and ECDN). Exceptional Delivery Order requests ONLY will be handled via email to mu.import@maersk.com
  • Demurrage and detention calculator
  • Send POP directly to safhtfrc@maersk.com
  • Move the shipments via waybill or arrange for Telex Release instead of original Bills of Lading
  • Enroll on our Web BL printing functionality on Maersk.com
