To prepare the mandatory use of Certified Pick-up (CPu) by Port of Antwerp-Bruges in Antwerp, we have made enhancements to our import release process. Due to this, as from 15th of January 2024, we can no longer accept release requests via e-mail. All import release requests will need to be made through maersk.com via our Delivery Order tool.

At Maersk Belgium we want our customers to benefit from our digitalization. By submitting your import container release request digitally, in most cases you will receive your delivery order immediately without the effort of sending an e-mail This enables us to get all necessary information to process your release through CPu smoothly. You can find out more about Certified Pick-up and Maersk here.
