Bottlenecks and congestion across a few terminals have contributed to an accumulation of delays on Canada Express (MCX). Further to this, some of the delayed calls will be falling into the Christmas seasonal terminal stop.
This situation is driven by several external factors, and while Maersk is doing all in its power to combat the circumstances for customers, adjustment of schedule is necessary to reset the service back to reliability.
