Please note that the Santa Cruz has faced some technical issues yesterday before berthing and berthing has been delayed, the Crew is working non stop to fix the issue, however repairs were delayed a bit due to bad weather experienced at anchorage and we expect the vessel to berth later today (11th July).

We understand the reefer stacks were closed due to terminal reaching capacity. When the vessel commences operations, our aim will be to start loading reefers as soon as possible to free up capacity in yard, so the remaining reefers can be gated in. Our customer Experience colleagues will inform you soonest of any changes.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
