We would like to thank you for your continuous support to Maersk. In connection with the main drivers for operational processes optimization, we would like to inform you of changes to the Truck Waiting Time charge terms and conditions. These will be amended as of 1st of July 2023.

Our overall goal remains improving our predictability, reliability and providing minimal supply chain disruption. The amendment aims to increase vehicles availability and to limit events of truck detention, which lead to failure in the chain of planned inland haulages for the following days.

Charge name the Waiting time Origin/ Destination.

Amendment details are described below:

**The surcharge is applied for all inland service modes (truck) to terminal**
