MSC has communicated some changes to the phase in/phase out.

The MSC Shirley will now be calling all 3 ports, with a change in rotation, i.e. Durban – Port Elizabeth – Cape Town.

The MSC Ronit R will no longer be calling PLZ and will only be calling DUR.

  • PLZ & CPT imports will be discharged in Durban to connect onto the MSC Shirley. There is a tight connection between these 2 vessels, so if the connection cannot be met, these boxes will be rerouted onto other services.
  • All exports will now be moved to the MSC Shirley. PLZ exports that are currently being stacked for the MSC Ronit will be amended in stack to the MSC Shirley once stacks close.

Stacks are currently FIRM to open tomorrow in Durban.

We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing working with you in the future.
