We would like to inform you that Maersk will review Transport Order Request Deadline effective 20th of May (discharge date) for deliveries to Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina as follows:
Transport Order Request Deadline (minimum) :
- 7 days prior to Requested Delivery Date
Please also take in consideration that first possible delivery date is:
- 3 days after Actual Container Discharge for deliveries to Croatia; or
- 5 days after Actual Container Discharge for deliveries to Serbia; or
- 5 days after Actual Container Discharge for deliveries to Bosnia and Hercegovina
Scope: World to Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina
In case when Transport Order Request is received less than 7 DAYS prior to Requested Delivery date and Maersk will not be able to deliver as per requested date all DnD and Storage charges that may occur will be on Customer Account.
