Documentation Deadline - CY SERBIA

We would like to inform you that Maersk will review Documentation Deadline effective 10th of March for deliveries on CY Serbia product as follows:

IMPORT Documentation Deadline: 7 DAYS prior to Last Vessel Estimated Time of Arrival

EXPORT Documentation Deadline: 10 DAYS prior to First Vessel Estimated Time of Departure

Scope: World to/from CY Serbia

In case when Documentation is not received within deadline for IMPORT cargo all Detention and Demurrage charges on marine terminal in Rijeka, Croatia that may occur due to postponed rail dispatch will be recharged to Customer.

In case when Documentation is not received within deadline for EXPORT cargo Maersk will roll cargo to next vessel (Rolled by Customer) with all consequences it entails
