• Free amendment/cancellation for SPOT/TWILL shipments exported from Ningbo with ETD October 14 to October 31**
• Free amendment/cancellation for shipments under Partnership Contract Products (Flexible, Unlimited), exported from Ningbo ETD October 14 to October 31
• Penalty wavier for shipments under Partnership Contract Product (Block space), exported from Ningbo ETD October 14 to October 31
