Kindly note that BG freight will move their feeder operations from Tivoli Terminal , Cork to CCT Terminal Ringaskiddy.

The first operational vessel will be the BG Emerald voyage 224N Import /224S Export, which we expect will arrive to CCT on approx. 16th May.

All feeder/deep sea cargo on our service to Rotterdam will move to CCT from the date above.

The Port of Cork has been in regular contact with local hauliers about procedures on the new terminal, and they should be aware of the requirements.
Drivers will be required to complete an induction course for CCT in order to gain access to the terminal.

Details of these courses can be found in the Training Section of the Port of Cork website.

The VBS (Vehicle Booking System) will operate on CCT in the same way as Tivoli, drivers will need a valid TAR number for all visits to the terminal. You should be aware that terminal access to CCT is restricted during peak traffic times (0700-0900 and 1630–1900 hours Monday to Friday), so please bear this in mind when planning deliveries or collections. This restriction will be enforced by a reduction in available booking slots by the Port of Cork.

We will update with more information as it becomes available, but please note that all export cargo for the BG Emerald at the end of week 24 will have to be returned to CCT and not Tivoli.

It will take a number of weeks before all import cargo is cleared from Tivoli. All import cargo arriving in Cork from the end of week 24 will be discharged in CCT, and available for collection there. Cargo that arrives in Cork before that date will be discharged in Tivoli and picked up from there.

Terms for storage or reefer plug-in will be the same in both terminals.
