Congestion Fee Withdrawal - Auckland, New Zealand to/from World

We would like to inform you that the operational situation in Auckland, New Zealand is improving, with vessel schedules expected to stabilize from June.

In light of this development, we are pleased to advise that we will be removing the Auckland Congestion Fee (CFO as Congestion Fee Origin and CFD as Congestion Fee Destination), applicable to cargo with Price Calculation Date (PCD) effective from 1st June, 2022.

Over the past months we have been facing significant schedule disruption as a result of the Auckland congestion and we appreciate your continued support and cooperation as we have managed multiple contingencies to continue to keep the global supply chain moving.
