Email change - Container movement requests
Please direct requests related to container movements to the below email address.
Email: email@example.com (Case Number will be issued)
Once email request has been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org you will receive an automated Case Number. This Case Number can be tracked on Maersk website until such time as the request has been fulfilled and the case has been closed. If you still have a query related to the original request but the original Case Number has been closed, kindly send a new email in order for a new Case Number to be generated as a previously closed case cannot be re-opened.
